The goal of FI Strategies, LLC is to assist its bank and credit union clients to improve their overall results, generally through improving their sales and service processes. Each client is unique so the solutions for each client should also be unique. For some, training may be the answer. For others it could be the development and implementation of a strategic plan. Regardless, there will be no preconceived solutions presented. Instead, we’ll work with you to develop a plan customized to your company.

Unlike more traditional financial institution sales development firms, FI Strategies, LLC does not have a package of expensive training or selection tools that come bundled with the consulting services. Instead, we’ve partnered with a number of leading financial institution consultants and vendors which allows us to provide the client with “best of breed” solutions, and in many cases, several choices for solutions.
